Our Attorneys

Our successful law firm’s foundation lies with the talents of our father-daughter legal team.  James P. Willett is the former elected District Attorney for San Joaquin County, having tried over one hundred cases.  James was with the District Attorney’s office for 35 years, with 11 of his years serving as the District Attorney.

His daughter, Allison R. Willett, has represented thousands of public entities, businesses and individuals in matters where fraud, negligence or irresponsibility caused severe financial injury or loss.  Allison has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of her clients.  Recently, she recovered over $22,000,000 in settlements for clients with property containing defective, Chinese drywall.
